Been here a long time don't know where I have told you about my 68 Ranchero or not been in the family for 30 years------302 engine --holley 4 bbl intake 600 holley carb.we put a AOD TRANS IN IT-White ouside black strips -black inside a cool ride Cold AC drive it anywhere--GT rims -cobra jet hood scoop.---What you think

I'm dying to get an AOD in my Gran Torino. I bet that things' driveability is through the roof. Sad I'll have to get a different motor to make it happen because the 351M is smooth and all.

i just scrapped out a '68 torino notchback a few months ago....horrible subframe rot. i always liked the 68-69 rancheros.

just run a E4OD for a 460. you do have to buy a standalone controller for it though, and they're a little spendy
