91 Bronco 351W EGR Help: Can I buy the air pump piping new??

I recently bought a 91 Bronco with a 351W and my smog pump lines are all rusted. I've "fixed" the one on the back of the heads as good as possible but the dual lines running to the pump also have holes in them. Is there any where I can buy these new? I've searched the internet without much luck but maybe a dealer only item?

P.S. Please don't tell me to take it off because I'm kinda trying to restore the truck. I plan on keeping it a long time and doing some more mods to it I'd just like the motor/trans/smog to be all intact and functioning properly.
