Default 88 460 Stalls

I have an 88 F250 4x4 460 it has approximately 160k, when cranked cold it stalls a couple of time unless you rev it up and seem to have a rough idle and now more times than not if I engage the clutch just prior to stopping it stalls, it always fires back up... I've removed all the smog crap but it did this with the smog stuff... I've replaced all wires, plugs, distributor cap, rotor button and fuel filter.... Any ideas??? Fuel pressure regulator???
